BOOKING TERMS
Kandui Villas® Luxury resort and its travel agent partners will not be held liable for accidents, injury, or loss of life, which are inherent risks involving traveling, and surfing. Kandui Villas® will not be held liable for injury, death, damage, financial loss, costs, expenses, travel delays or inconvenience arising from any travel misfortunes beyond our control, such as weather, natural disasters, disease, pandemics, war, acts of terrorism, late arrivals or departures due to mechanical failure on any car, speed boat, airplane, or ferry transportation to, or from Kandui Villas. Kandui Villas reserves the right to switch the means of transportation and route at any time and for any reason with no prior notice.
DEPOSITS:

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.

Deposits are non-refundable.
PAYMENT:

Final Payment is due at least 90 days prior to departure and is non-refundable.

Payment may be paid by Wise app, USDT, Visa, MasterCard, or Bank tTransfer. (all credit card payments will be charged an extra 4% processing fee. All bank wire transfer payments will be charged an extra $50 bank wire transfer fee.), or via PayPal (all Paypal payments will be charged an additional 8% fee).

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation of a trip must be made within 90 days of your departure date. There are no refunds or partial refunds given for early departures from Kandui Villas® due to, poor surf, bad weather, or injury. Additionally, there are no refunds paid for reasons pertaining to unstable global, national, natural, or local political situations, including weather, natural disasters, disease, pandemics, war, acts of terrorism, or missed airline flights due to any Padang – Kandui Villas – Padang travel delays.
MANDATORY TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Proof of Travel Insurance is mandatory for all Kandui Villas® guests, prior to traveling from Padang to Mentawai.
DOCUMENTATION:
1.Upon entry into Indonesia, all passports must be valid for at least 8 months from the date of departure.
2. During the pandemic a valid visa is required for travel to Indonesia. Please consult with us well in advance before your trip to find out what current rules apply to you.

Kandui Villas® does not accept any financial responsibility for late arrival or non-arrival of surfboards/surfboard bags or any other luggage.
