Kandui Villas® and its travel agent partners will not be held liable for accidents, injury, or loss of life, which are inherent risks involving traveling, and surfing. Kandui Villas® will not be held liable for injury, death, damage,  financial loss, costs, expenses, travel delays or inconvenience arising from any travel misfortunes beyond our control, such as weather, natural disasters, disease, war, or acts of terrorism.

Deposits:

1. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
2. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation is not at least 60 days prior to trip date.

Payment:

1. Final Payment is due at least 60 days prior to departure and is non-refundable.
2. Payment may be paid by Visa, MasterCard, or bank transfer.(all credit card payments will be charged an extra 4% processing fee)
3. Any form of payment constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions stated on this site.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of a trip must be made within 60 days of your departure date. There are no refunds or partial refunds given for early departures from Kandui Villas® due to, poor surf, bad weather, or injury. Additionally, there are no refunds paid for reasons pertaining to unstable global, national, natural, or local political situations, including weather, natural disasters, disease, war, or acts of terrorism. .

Mandatory Travel Insurance:

Travel Insurance is mandatory for all Kandui Villas® guests.

Documentation:

1. Upon entry into Indonesia, all passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure.
2. For certain nationalities, a valid visa is required for travel. Please consult with your Embassy well in advance to find out what rules apply to you.

Travel Information:

1. Kandui Villas® is not responsible for airline board fees or baggage policies.
2. Kandui Villas® does not accept any financial responsibility for late arrival or non-arrival of surfboards/surfboard bags or any other luggage.
